Infrastructure

1. Printing : One 6 color, One 4 Color & One 2 Color Gravure Printing machines.
2. Extrusion Coating : One BRIMCO Extrusion Coating Machine which can coat up to 1300 mm width and produces 250 Tones laminates per month.
3. Wet & Dry Coater : Large and sophisticated Wet and Dry Coating Lamination Machine having operating width of 1.3 mtrs . and speed of 100 Mtrs/Minute with Mayerbar, Reverse Roll & Gravure arrangement with one colour inline printing for Coating & Lamination of Foil/Paper, Film/Paper, PET/BOPP/LD etc. We have capabilities of doing ust about any type of coating and /or lamination operation on any substrate. In conjunction with out inhouse facilities of Co-extruded film and extrusion coating, we can produce any type of laminate to suit even the most complicated structure.
4. 3 Layer Co – extruded FilmPlant, Indian ‘KOLSITE’ , make commissioned in 1994.

   and ensure better services.
